We appreciate that the Imperial Hotel is relatively expensive, however Llandudno is a popular holiday destination with many different types of accomodation, and it is possible for delegates to book rooms in other hotels, bed and breakfasts, or self catering apartments.  We would recommend searching the popular booking websites, for example booking.com for suitable accommodation (but please check location, although Llandudno is a small town, some of the advertised accommodation may be quite a walk from the Congress venue!).
